I received the device and had problem using it at first. Called tech support and was informed it needed a memory card (no one told me so). Bought an 8GB card and tried the camera again and it worked. I got very good videos recorded in motion detect and night time recording as well. Really happy with it.

I have been trying to configure the camera and I have been playing with it for 2 weeks now. Motion detection is not working on this camera but night vision do. I set it to do manual recording and it records fine but just couldn’t get the motion detection. This is really hard to configure. Oh, well I may have to contact tech support to see what they can do.

Security is really an issue at home since I have a kid and I'm a single mom who sometimes works at night and just leave the kid with my mom. I wanted to make sure that my kid and my mom are safe while I earn a living. I came across this camera. I had hid one of this camera in my kid's room where my mom also stays. Every time I go home after my night shift, I often check the videos and surprisingly it records clear video even if it's really dark.

My vegetables are being stolen from my garden but I have no clue nor evidence to give to the police. I wanted something that could watch my garden without being detected when I'm not around. This device gives me that comfort. It is small and concealable. The audio is really clear and the video are of good quality, even those that are taken at night. So far, since I have used this device I have gotten 2 videos of people stealing from my garden.

I just recently move to a new flat and not that familiar with the neighborhood yet. So, I needed a security camera that is concealable and can record at night. This device was perfect for me. It's feature to record in motion detect and night vision was really the selling point for me. Using this camera, I feel secure that anytime that if someone else is in the flat he would be caught on video and can be identify. It is a little pricey but worth it.

this was really a great upgrade to my NiteEye. I enjoy the fact that it has night vision plus motion detect feature and top it all it's small. you can just easily hide it.

This is a quality item, when I first tested this unit to see if the motion detection was good I was surprized that at over 50 feet the cam would still detect motion, nice.
